The history of Azienda Agricola Lamberti started in the ’70s, when the founder Nicola Lamberti began his career as an agricultural entrepreneur.
In the ’80s Nicola Lamberti bought more land in Vallo Scalo, also helped by his children, Antonio and Rosa, who still today with their farms make up the Lamberti business group.
The company today has about 30 hectares of land, a farm (the Parmenides) with 26 rooms, and two shops within the structure for the retail and wholesale of artisanal products.
